If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following qualifications for our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must still have the safety stickers and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must be returned without visible signs of wear or use.
- Custom items can only be returned if they are damaged or not manufactured to the original customer specifications.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Use the “Contact Us” form on the Web page to initiate the request.
- Describe the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason for the return.
- You will receive an email that will include a prepaid shipping label.
- Print the label and attach it securely to the original box.
- Send all items back to us within 7 business days. If you don’t ship the return by that date, we may close the request and you will not receive a refund.
- It may take 7 business days to receive your refund.
- How to handle lost or damaged returns: Claims for items lost or damaged in shipping will be submitted by Vinyl Fence Removal Tool, LLC to the Shipping Carrier, who will then process the claim. A replacement will be dispatched as soon as a resolution is reached with the Carrier; however, be aware that delays maybe incurred.
